Population in India and China. What will happen by 2028?

Part I: Current and Recent Stats 2000-2013
First of all, let's start with locating the 2 countries. Here is India's location:

Now, before we go into the population of each country, let's find out the total global population. As of 2013, the world population is approx. 7,100,000,000 (7 billion, 100 million) according to the U.S. Census Bureau. I also recommend that you check out the U.S. Census Bureau Population Clock. Anyway, India's current population as of 2011 is approx. 1.21 billion according to the Indian Census, an 18% increase from their last census in 2001. China's population as of 2010 is 1.34 billion according to their census, an increase of 7% from their last census in 2000*.
